Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ConvertScreen, a tool for designing App Store and Google Play screenshots ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these terms — if you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using the service

You may use ConvertScreen to create screenshots for apps you own or are authorised to work on. You keep all rights to the screenshots you upload and to the images you export — we claim no ownership of your work and do not use it to train anything.

You must not use the service to produce material that is unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates another product or company.

Accounts

Some features need an account. You are responsible for what happens under yours. Tell us promptly at raghvendrsupport@gmail.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You can use much of the tool without an account at all. Where that is possible we do not require one.

Screenshots and storage

Screenshots and projects you upload or create may be stored in our cloud storage so you can reopen them, including on another device. We do not promise a fixed retention period — data is kept for as long as we need it to provide the service and may be removed at our discretion, including because of a technical issue, without notice.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We are not able to recover data once it has been removed.

Plans and payment

Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurs, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. We never charge a card again without you deciding to buy again.

What that payment buys comes in two parts, and the difference matters, so it is set out plainly rather than left in a footnote:

• Yours permanently. Exporting at all, exporting without the ConvertScreen mark, 10 store sizes, every language, and continued access to every project you had already made. These do not expire. A month later, a year later, they are still yours.
• Yours for 30 days from payment. The AI features, up to a set allowance of AI usage, and the ability to create new projects. When the 30 days end these stop and everything in the list above keeps working. Buying again restarts them; if you buy again before the 30 days are up, the remaining days and any unused AI allowance are added to the new ones rather than replaced.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; your card details are handled by them and never reach us.

Prices are shown before you pay. We may change them, but a change never affects a purchase already made — what you bought stays bought.

AI features

Some features send your screenshots and text to a third-party AI provider to generate captions, layouts and translations. Those requests leave our systems and are handled under that provider's own terms.

AI output is generated, not reviewed by us. Check it before you publish it to a store — in particular, check translated text, since a plausible-looking mistranslation is exactly the failure this kind of model makes.

Service provided as-is, and our liability

ConvertScreen is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Apple or Google will accept the screenshots you make with it — store review is entirely their decision, and their requirements can change without notice to us.

To the maximum extent the law allows, ConvertScreen is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost data, lost profits, or a rejected store listing — arising from your use of the service, including from bugs, downtime, or any other technical issue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or nothing if you have not paid us.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including, for consumers in the EU and UK, your statutory rights.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time. There is no subscription to cancel. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to run up AI costs in bad faith, and will say why when we do.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so in the app before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the date at the top.

These terms are governed by the law of India. If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, mandatory local consumer-protection laws that apply to you are not overridden by this section.
